Implement backup and restore service

Description

EclipseTrader needs a way to periodically backup the configuration and data files.

Things to implement:

  1. Service class to register files and directories, and perform backups and restores.
  2. GUI to list available backups, change preferences, restore files.

Backups can be zipped stored in a .backup directory under the workspace directory.
