add i18n (internationalized) support in EclipseTrader 1.0M1 in SVN

Description

In the code sources tafgged EclipseTrader 0.31.0 in the SVN (http://www.eclipsetrader.org/browser/tags/0.31.0) there is several directories to add i18n (internationalized) support in EclipseTrader 0.31.0 :

But these directories are not EclipseTrader 1.0M1's source code in SVN.

Can you add i18n (internationalized) support in EclipseTrader 1.0M1 in SVN as it was in EclipseTrader 0.31.0 and create the directories with *.xml or *.properties files that contains the english text string that need to be translated in an other language ?
